Weon Seog (Scott) Yang) gradated from Yeonsei University and Graduate School majoring in law. Upon his completion of Judicial Research and Training Institute of Korea (29th Class), he joined Law Offices of Namsan (former Lim, Chung & Suh). His practice has been focused on various legal issues related to real property development such as city maintenance and residential property, construction such as defect in multi-unit dwellings and construction disputes, athletic facilities such as licensing issues related to golf clubs and memberships, fair trade such as franchise business, labor such as wages and class negotiations, arbitration, and criminal and civil litigations. From 2010, he acted as managing partner of Lim, Chung & Suh and since 2021, he is acting as co-representative of Lim, Chung & Suh managing the firm. Since February of 2012, he has been acting as arbitrator of KCAB and lectures as adjunct professor at Yeonsei University, School of Law.
