Dongwoon Yang graduated Seoul National University majoring in law and completed his training at Judicial Research and Training Institute (31st Class). In 2002, he joined Suh & Co. and from 2005 to 2012, he worked at Yanghun Law Firm (formerly, Pyungsan and currently known as Kim, Chang, Lee). In 2012, he joined Lim, Chung & Suh and since his joining, he is representing corporate clients related to M&A, corporate operating rights, various funds and investment including PEF, civil and criminal issues in connection with structured finance transactions, maritime, and international transactions.
