Jiwon Park, upon graduation of Seoul National University majoring in law and admission to Korean bar, based on her experience at large size law firm and private and public companies, is providing specialized legal services related to technology disputes, trade secret, intellectual property, pharmaceutical and bio, health care, start-up, and broadcasting and communications. She is also advising and representing clients related to corporate and family laws in civil and criminal courts. In the field of intellectual property law, she serves as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Intellectual Property as well as the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), and is also a member of the Korean Intellectual Property Attorneys Association. In the area of family law, she is an active regular member of the Korean Society of Family Law and the Korea Legal Aid Center for Family Relations One Hundred Lawyers’ Association.
