Jaeyoung Jeong graduated Korea University majoring in law and majored in Administrative Law at Seoul National University, Graduate School. Upon completion of Judicial Research and Training Institute (42nd Class), he served at Prosecution Service, Northern Seoul Office supporting crime victims and at Korea Legal Aid Corporation handling civil, criminal and administrative proceeding. He also served at Ministry of Justice, International Criminal Department handling extradition, dual and multi-party treaties, and SOFA matters. After his services at public government agencies, he worked at Daeho Law Firm and joined Lim, Chung & Suh in 2017. Since his joining of Lim, Chung & Suh, he provides legal advice and represents clients in connection with M&A, corporate operating rights disputes, as well as general corporate issues, administrative proceedings and litigation.
