Heekyong Yoon graduated from Sogang University and received Juris Doctor from City University of New York.  She is admitted to New York State Bar and Federal Courts of United States (SDNY). She practiced law at a law firm located in New York as litigator and criminal defense attorney handling corporate matters and white-collar crimes before State courts of New York and U.S. Federal Courts. Since joining Lim, Chung & Suh in 2013, she has been and is representing and advising local, foreign and multi-national corporate clients in the area of M&A and international transactions.
